My name is Tony and my son's name is AJ. We live in California and have been into HPR for about 3+ years now. We had been doing Estes type rockets off and on for a long time. Your basic BAR story. I am a firefighter by profession for the past 18 years.

We are members of both NAR and Tripoli and belong to several clubs, LUNAR, Triploi Central California and Aeropac. We are currently Level 3 certified. We enjoy scratch building our own rockets and pushing them to the extreme! My highest altitude to date is 20,500' with my L3 rocket ..Speedy Gonzales..3.5" dia 85" long weighing 25 pounds ready to go flying on a M1315. AJ's best to date is 11,509' with his rocket Orange Hornet. We hope to have a good summer.
We hope that this Website turns into an informative web site that people can come to to learn things that we have picked up in the last 3 years. We hope to have construction tips and Launch reports along with some humor from time to time.

At LDRS 20 our entry into the Bowling Ball Loft contest..Junkyard Dog..made
from stuff found in dumpsters or junkyards..takes to the air on a K1050..to 4580'
for fourth place, and one of the only rockets to come back undamaged. This
was a very cool project for AJ and I
